If your spiritual path feels like endless suffering, it’s a reflection of pervasive distortions embedded in collective reality. It’s not a sign of karma or a necessary test. Many spiritual teachings, whether religious or New Age, have normalized the idea that growth and enlightenment must be earned through hardship, suffering, or endless purification. This false narrative keeps you from remembering your innate spiritual sovereignty and birthright of coherence and ease, which is your natural state.
Is my suffering actually karma or a spiritual test?
Your soul does not need to purify itself from karma, evolve through lessons, or reincarnate to ascend. These are distortions from what I call the control matrix (false programming embedded in the global collective field), designed to imply Source is external and connection conditional, ensuring constant cycles of effort and disempowerment. The belief in karma and reincarnation to purify yourself creates energetic fragmentation, distorting your true identity into illusory pain cycles, despite your highest self’s ability to dissolve dense imprints immediately.
How can I release the pattern of spiritual struggle?
Spiritual struggle is not a rite of passage. To free yourself, you first have to recognize that your humanity does not require suffering for growth, hardship for value, and delay for worthiness. Your consciousness is not bound to endless cycles of effort and proving. Begin to question any teaching or framework that implies your soul is powerless and isn’t already Source. The sooner you unsubscribe from everything that promotes your lack, separation, weakness and conditionality, the sooner you reclaim your sovereignty and remember the truth of who and what you are.
I dismantle these distortions, including karma and manifestation frameworks, in an episode of my podcast, The Simple Source, called “Why I Stopped Manifesting and My 4-Month Quantum Shift After.” You can further explore how struggle has been distorted and embedded into the collective field in my course, Unbraced: The Somatic Release.
